Why credentials matter for notary work
- Only attorneys who passed the Lawyers Council's Notarial Services training and hold a valid NSA registration can certify signatures, copies and oaths for use outside Thailand (Lawyers Council Regulation on Notarial Services Attorneys, B.E. 2551).
- Every embassy and the Thai MFA Consular Department will reject documents notarised by anyone other than a registered NSA — the licence number is the first thing officers verify.
- Each certificate we issue carries the NSA registration number, expiry date, and a QR code that resolves back to the Lawyers Council registry.
